ROYAL HATCHERIES exists in Indian Aquaculture industry Since 1998.

Ever Since Inception our company has sustained because of high quality and consistent supply of post larvae to shrimp farmers.

We have significant presence across all shrimp farming regions in india catering shrimp farmers.

We have highly skilled and dedicated technical team from Taiwan.

We always strive to give quality seeds of Paenaeus Monodon(Tiger shrimp) and Litopenaeus vannamei.

We make sure that broodstock in our hatchery are nurtured by highly skilled technicians with years of experience and world class maturation technology.

Broodstock

We import SPF broodstock from best source available around the world.

Eggs

Our broodstock are maintain in an environment similar to their natural habitat to provide that best quality eggs for higher survival rate in the pond.

Post Larvae

Hatched Eggs are reared in our Larval Rearing Tanks by Experienced technicians under bio secured conditions using larval nutrients and antibiotic-free feeds.
Our post larvae are consistently monitored and screened using PCR(Polymerase Chain Reaction) for pathogens and other abnormalities.
Our mission is to consistently supply high quality shrimp seeds to farmers for a successful production in grow out ponds.

Unique Maturation

We ensure that our broodstocks are nurtured by highly skilled technicians who has years of expertise in maturation, maintained with global standards.
Our Quality comes from Unique Taiwan Maturation Technology by highly expertised Taiwan Technical team.
We import SPF(Specific Pathogen Free) broodstock from best sources available across the world.
Our broodstock are maintained in an environmental condition similar to their natural habitat which ensure high quality eggs provided for higher survival rates at Larval Rearing Tanks and Grow out pond Farm performance.

Feed

Post-larvae obtained from the eggs are reared by our best TRL technicians under bio secured conditions with prebiotic, nutrients and antibiotics-free feed.

Our Facility

We have totally 5 hatchery in different locations in East coast of chennai, producing 1.5B seed annually.

Hatchery Facilities

We consistently worked on ourselves for the betterment of our customers by improvising the facilities at our hatchery year after year.
In accordance to that, we have built our internal testing laboratory at the hatchery with all the equipments necessary for screening and testing of post larvae from time to time.
Our indoor and outdoor algae units are constructed to meet the requirements of feeding by reducing reliability on external resources.
We make sure that our samples are double checked for any cross contamination by regular microbiological examination.

Ultra Filtration Unit Facility

We strive to give the best quality seeds to our farmers with State of the Art Filtration units installed at our hatcheries.
Through UF filtration unit we ensure our maturation and LRT set up receives quality water for production which results in quality Nauplii and Post Larvae.

Artificial Intelligence Based Technology

In our drive to consistently improvise our operations we have in place Artificial Intelligence based technology to consistently monitor the performance of Post larvae.
We ensure that farmers receives best quality post larvae both Quantitative and Qualitative in our shipping areas.

Royal Shrimp Farms

We have our own shrimp farms spread over an area of 100 acres with annual production capacity of 500 tonnes per annum.
Located in the downtown side of coastal region of Tamilnadu near Pattukottai and Ramanathapuram Districts.
Our farms are empowered by nursery system for better yield in production.

Nursery Phase 1 and Phase 2

Our Nursery systems are designed and maintained according to latest industry standards with higher density.
We built our Nursery systems to reduce the risks in grow out ponds thus mitigating the production or survival loss due to diseases and other external factors.
